- Pain or numbness
- Difficulty moving the tongue or swallowing
- Persistent white or red patch

How we treat it
- Partial / hemi / total glossectomy
- Selective or modified neck dissection
- Reconstruction (local flap or free flap with our colleague)
- Adjuvant radiation/chemo when indicated
